Q1. Where we deliver?
A : We take orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery in all major
cities in India. For more details please check the DELIVERY CITIES option ..
Q2. When do we deliver?
A : Orders will be delivered any time during the day between 7a.m. to 7p.m.
Midnight Delivery Order will be delivered during midnight 11.30p.m. to
12.15a.m..
Q3. Shipping charges?
A : Our Prices are inclusive of delivery/shipping charges. There are no
Extra Delivery Charges .
Q4. How do we deliver?
A : The flowers & Gifts are delivered by the Local Florist in each city ..
» HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Q1. Through the website?
A : To place an order online you need to follow the below steps:
1. Select your particular Flowers or Gift .
2. Click on Buy Now and then Click on “Add to Cart”
3. You need to click on “Proceed to check out”. (If you wish to add more
products then you need to click on “Add more products” and accordingly add
more products and then click on proceed to checkout).
4. Fill in the Shipping Details (Recipients Details) and the Billing Details
(Sender’s details) , then fill the gift message, select delivery date , then
Select Payment option and most important , kindly read our disclaimer and
then click on the Submit Button.
5. The last step is to Preview your order and click on the Confirm Button .
6. You will get the secure payment page. You need to fill your payment
details and then “Submit”.
7. Once we receive your order and payment , you will receive an order
confirmation mail from our end , which will have your order number , the
delivery date and the receiver’s name and address .

Q1. What is billing details?
A : Billing details are payment details. E.g. if you are paying through
Credit Card then you need to provide all required details. Credit Card
Holder Name, Address, Email Id, Credit card number etc.

A : All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. IST can be delivered on the SAME DAY
Q2. How can I receive a confirmation of my order?
A : We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have
provided us with a valid email address.
Q3. Can I change my order information?
A : If you have any concerns about changing your order information, you can
contact us at: support@tajflorist.com
Q4. Was my order delivered?
A : All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have
received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email
address. After the order has been delivered , within 24 hours a delivery
confirmation is emailed to all customers.

Q1. My order was not delivered as requested.
A : During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a
flexible delivery schedule in order to insure that deliveries will take
place in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. All orders are
delivered during (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) and although our specially selected
florists make every effort, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.
* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakshabandhan ,
Deepavali , Christmas and New Years.
