If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If your gift recipient calls Global Flora.com to ask who the gift are from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please note, if the recipient doesn't want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day. After the next business day the order will be considered as delivered.
Images are only for reference purpose and exactly the same is not possible. Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. However, we at Global Flora.com strive to achieve utmost perfection and you can be rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the picture. Please note maximum of the glass vase arrangements are made on floral foam in which the flower stems wil be cut short. If you want long stems kindly call customer service just after you place the order.
Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour or variety substitutions of vases or baskets may be necessary. In case of substitution, we ensure that we are using an article of equal value and style.

Yes, it's our policy to call the recipient before making the delivery, to ensure that we have the correct address and confirm if the recipient is present there to collect it.
